How long does a satellite TV installation take?

A standard single-view DStv installation takes 60–90 minutes. Extra View or Explora installs take 90–120 minutes.

Do you supply the dish and decoder?

Yes — we supply and install genuine MultiChoice-approved dishes, LNBs and decoders, or install hardware you already own.

Do you install on tile, IBR and thatch roofs?

Yes. Our installers use the correct mounting hardware and sealing method for every roof type.

Can you install on a boundary wall or pole?

Yes — wall, pole and ground mounts are all available if a roof mount isn't suitable.

Do I need to be home for the installation?

An adult must be present to sign off and confirm signal on all viewing points.
